Sign-in Help

Instructions and Definitions. Type in your user name and password in the boxes provided.

• Your User ID and password are assigned by the BJA Performance Measures Tool Administrator.
• A user (BJA grant recipient) should use the same User ID and password for all of its BJA awards.
• If you forget your User ID and password, or have trouble signing in, contact the helpdesk at 1-888-252-6867.
• User IDs and passwords are not case sensitive. It does not matter if you capitalize the letters in your User ID or password.

Description of Screen Buttons.

Sign In. After entering your user name and password, either hit the ENTER key on your keyboard, or click the "Sign In" button on the screen.

• If this is the first time you (or someone else at your subgrantee agency) have signed-in, the next step is completing your Profile.
• If you (or someone else) has already completed your profile, you will go to the Home screen.
